Overview
Nyati Steel Crafts was approached by a commercial client to re-route existing exhaust piping for three generators, relocating the exhaust outlets from the third floor to the sixth-floor rooftop. The project required precise fabrication, careful planning, and professional installation to ensure safe operation, compliance, and long-term durability.

We supplied and installed a custom-fabricated exhaust system, designed specifically for the building layout and generator specifications.
Key elements of the solution included:
Rolled Steel Exhaust Piping
Steel pipe was precision-rolled to a 400mm diameter, using 2mm-thick steel to ensure durability and performance under high temperatures.
Professional Welding & Assembly
All exhaust pipes were expertly welded to create strong, sealed joints, ensuring safe exhaust flow and structural integrity.
Careful On-Site Installation
The piping was securely fitted and routed from the third floor up to the sixth-floor roof, with attention given to alignment, support, and long-term reliability.
Quality & Compliance Focused
The system was installed to meet operational and safety requirements, ensuring efficient exhaust dispersal for all three generators.
