Pergola-Inspired Steel Carport
Removal & Replacement of Existing Carport
Overview
Following the successful completion of the double entrance gates, Aris entrusted us with a second, more complex project, the removal of his old carport and the construction of a new, architecturally integrated steel carport.
The new design needed to complement an existing pergola structure, with a clean, structured look that offered both weather protection and strong visual presence.
Our Solution
We began by dismantling and removing the old carport, preparing the area for a completely new steel structure. Our team then fabricated and installed a custom steel carport using premium-grade materials and thoughtful detailing.
Project features included:
Heavy-Duty Structural Beams
2 x 180mm IPE AA beams were used for the main supports, selected to visually and structurally align with the home's pergola.
150mm x 50mm rectangular tubing was used for the crossbeams to ensure a sturdy yet streamlined framework.
Architectural Finishing
Custom steel connectors were fabricated to interface cleanly with the property’s existing columns and pillars, ensuring both visual continuity and secure mounting.
Professional Removal & Installation
All work was completed neatly and efficiently, with great care taken to preserve surrounding structures and landscaping.

The final carport is a solid, visually cohesive structure that enhances the property while providing excellent coverage for vehicles. It blends perfectly with the existing design elements of the home and adds real architectural value.
