Overview
Fedglass, a leading manufacturer and supplier of glass and stainless steel components needed a secure storage solution within a tight space, they turned to Nyati. Their stainless steel parts required a lockable, robust cage to prevent theft and control access but with limited floor space, we needed to get creative.
So we built custom, elevated steel structure with a modular security cage on top — designed for strength, adaptability, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Our Solution
Working closely with the Fedglass team, we developed a tailored, space-efficient design that not only secured their inventory but also maximised vertical space in their facility.

Elevated Steel Framework
Due to floor space constraints, we engineered a durable support structure to elevate the cage, allowing for efficient use of unused overhead space.
Modular Cage Design
The cage was built using a bolt-together system, allowing for rapid assembly, future expansion, and relocation if required — with no need for on-site cutting or grinding.
Heavy-Duty Security Gate
A reinforced, lockable gate was integrated into the design, ensuring high levels of security for valuable stainless steel components.
Expandable Infrastructure
The initial cage was built to fit the client’s immediate needs. Within just one month, they requested the cage be doubled in size — a seamless expansion made possible by the modular design.

The result was a high-strength, space-saving security cage that provided immediate protection and room for future growth. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome, particularly the efficient installation process and the ease with which the structure could be expanded.
